PLEASE NOTE: Every Delphine Grandjouan piece of clothing is sewn to order in Ireland and ships within approximately 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted. Keep in mind that this is an estimate of how long it will take our team to cut, sew, package, and ship your garments. Given the nature of made to order production, our lead time may vary depending on current order volume, and we cannot guarantee delivery dates. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information when available.

If your order is older than the usual 2-3 weeks, we apologize for the delay, and thank you for your patience! We promise we’re working hard to finish your piece and get it on your doorstep as soon as possible! Just remember: Good things take time!

For the same reason, as we are dealing with non prefabricated goods, the 14 days cooling-off period unfortunately doesn’t apply to our products. This means our made to order products are not exchangeable or refundable.

For this reason, we encourage our clients to consider their order carefully before ordering.
